  Unless otherwise stated, payment is made on the day of the tour when the transfer vehicle picks you up from your hotel. No prepayment or deposit is required.

  Guests who wish to cancel their reservation must inform us at least 24 hours before the tour date. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour may not be accepted for future bookings at the company's discretion.
